Migration Certificate Saurashtra University
A student filling out the online migration certificate form should carefully read and follow thee instructions given below.
Migration means moving from one University to another University.
Who needs migration – such as a student from Saurashtra university? For other studies from other Univ. A migration certificate is required at the time of entry.
The migration fee is Rs 100/- has been fixed. (The fee has to be paid through Online Payment Gateway.)
T.C. (Transfer Certificate) its substitution fee is Rs. -100/- prescribed. Migration Certificate and T.C. (Transfer Certificate) for instance of substitution i.e. for both certificates the fee is Rs 200/- will be. (The fee has to be paid through Online Payment Gateway.)

Scanned JPG / PDF of Marksheet of Last Passed Exam Minimum Upload Size: 25KB | Maximum Upload Size: 500KB file to be carried while filling the online form. (The scanned JPG / PDF file should be clearly legible.)
Student's photograph Minimum 1KB to Maximum 250KB SIZE and signature Minimum 1KB to Maximum 100KB SIZE to be scanned in JPG file format.
After filling up and submitting the form, take a print of the form and go to the college in which you have studied and get the signature of the principal/head of the department of the college on the form, and also take the original transfer certificate of that college.
The original transfer certificate with the signature of the principal of the college along with the printout of the migration form should be submitted to the examination cell department, Saurashtra University in person or by post, after checking the form, if there is no query then the migration certificate will be issued. If there is any query then the migration certificate will be issued after its resolution.
The original transfer certificate attached to the form will not be returned.
T.C. Substitute specimen if required at the time of online migration form entry of T.C. Certificate letter – has to be ticked and its fee is Rs 100/- will be. (Migration fee Rs. 100/- + T.C. replacement instance fee Rs. 100/- = Rs. 200/- to be paid)

(A) Documents to be attached with online form print and details thereof:-
After taking a printout of the online form, the signature of the principal of the college affiliated with Saurashtra University last studied in the form should be done in the form.
The college's original transfer certificate must be attached to the form. (Transfer certificate is not required for external students.) The external student has to get the signature of the departmental office of the Saurashtra University External Department.
A Xerox copy of the last mark sheet has to be self-attested.
(Students who have not given the exam and have enrolled/registered in the college only by paying the fee should attach the college fee receipt and the letter of undertaking with the principal's signature coin in the college letter pad.)
(B) Regarding printing and subsequent deposit of online migration form:-
(If the PAYMENT STATUS given on PAGE-4 of the printout of the form is: SUCCESS then the form should be submitted)
After filling out the online form, the print (hard copy) of the migration form has to be deposited in window no-4 of the examination department.
If all the above details are completed then the online form along with the print has to be submitted to the Saurashtra University Examination Cell Department in person or by post.
After submitting the form by checking the form, the student will be given the certificate for the migration certificate as per the workload of the migration form applications at that time.
> Migration certificate will be issued within two days after submitting the migration form.
Special Note:- (Certificate will be issued as early as possible if there are no technical or unforeseen reasons.)
> Office will be closed on public holidays and the second and fourth Saturdays of the month.
Saurashtra University shall have the unfettered right to decide on the cancellation of the migration form for any reason. which will be binding on the applicant.
